The 14-day rule
Under Florida law, you must receive initial medical treatment within 14 days of the accident to use your PIP benefits. Call as soon as you can after a crash.
Your first visit
Expect a full history, an orthopedic and neurological exam, and a treatment plan based on your findings. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise and spinal decompression when appropriate.

Getting here from Winter Garden
From Winter Garden or Oakland, head west on SR-50 past the Lake County line into Clermont, then turn onto Citrus Tower Blvd. The drive is usually about 20 minutes, and you avoid Orlando traffic entirely. There’s parking right outside Suite 103. SR-50 between Winter Garden and Clermont is one of the busiest roads in the area, and rear-end crashes there are a common cause of whiplash.

Yes. Your PIP benefits don’t depend on the county you live in or where the crash happened.
