Choose a time below to request your appointment with Dr. JP Silvera, whether you need a car accident exam or care for back, neck or joint pain. Hurt in a car accident? We offer same-day exams, and Florida law requires you to get medical care within 14 days of a crash to use your PIP benefits.

We bill your PIP insurance directly, work with your attorney, and accept Letters of Protection (LOPs). New patients can fill out our intake forms ahead of time to save time at check-in.

What Happens at a Car Accident Exam

Your first visit includes a detailed history of the crash, an orthopedic and neurological exam, and a review of any X-rays or MRIs you already have. Dr. Silvera documents his findings for your PIP claim and explains your treatment plan before care starts.

Please note: At your appointment, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID or passport). If you have health insurance, please also bring your insurance card so we can verify your coverage, copays and deductibles.
