Welcome! This page covers what new patients need to know before their first visit to Taylor-Made Health & Wellness in Clermont.
Your first visit will include an in-depth orthopedic and neurological physical exam. After the exam, additional tests may be ordered if necessary. Dr. JP Silvera, DC will then provide his physician’s opinion so you can see what your best treatment options are. In most cases, you can begin treatment the same day as your first visit.

Checklist for New Patients

Photo ID and your health or auto insurance card
For a car accident: your claim number, your adjuster’s name and the crash report number, if you have them
A list of your medications and any X-rays or MRIs you have had
Your attorney’s contact information, if you have one
Comfortable clothes you can move in

Walk-ins are welcome Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, or you can request an appointment online. Se habla español. After a car accident, get seen within 14 days so you can use your PIP benefits under Florida law.
